Week 10

Hi,

On Monday we had two lecturers. Sofia Auranen told us her story, from school to being onboard and what she did there and then about her current job. It was so interesting to listen to her and inspiring to think what you can do after graduation. What was left on my mind from her presentation was: “Get out of your comfort zone” and “Learn new things for the joy of it”.

I’m not going to write anything about the second lecturer because I’m afraid to tell too much. But we received a task witch our group did on Wednesday and presented to the “client” on Thursday and they liked our presentation and our ideas!

On Thursday we had a lecturer, Arto Kuuluvainen from M3 Research. He talked about sports branding. I have a lot to do with sports and I watch a lot of sports partly due to my boyfriend. It was so good that Arto gave a lot of examples. I think I will look at sports branding differently in the future.

We also had a meeting with out partner company, Taivas + Helvetti, where we presented our ideas. Kari from the partner company liked a lot many of our ideas but one was best of the best. I don’t want to tell you too much about our plans yet, but if all goes well this will be something big and soooooo cool!!
