Hi!
This week
was the week I had been waiting for the whole autumn. This week was all about
Law Issues.
I’m so
interested in law that I actually ones was considering to start studying law. I
was so excited on Monday to start the lecture. I am disappointed that my
English vocabulary is so poor that I wasn’t able to understand a lot on the
lectures.
However I
thought it was very good that we got as task to think about actual cases and as
example Marjaana gave, that’s a good way to learn. The task was challenging
although the tasks was in Finnish and it took a lot of time to do them, but it
was interesting and I learnt a lot.
Marjaana
told us about what kind of legal right for example a minor has. As example we
had a minor boy that had bought something expensive without asking his parents.
His parents didn’t accept his shopping and they have the right to require that
the product will be refunded because the minor has bought it without his
parents approval.
On Thursday
we went through the tasks we got on Monday. I’m sure that I would have learnt a
lot more, if the lecture on Monday would have been in Finnish.. It’s a bit pity
that I didn’t understand most of the stuff Marjaana talked about, but I have to
try to study about these topics more at home.
